03 Registration & Account Management

• Exact date of birth for age verification

One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at win33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different details — constitute a serious violation of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and any associated wins or bonuses will be cancelled without compensation.

You are fully responsible for ensuring all information in your account is kept up to date. If your personal details change, please contact our support team to update your records. win33 is not liable for any losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.

04 Deposits & Payments

Win33 supports a wide range of deposit methods suited for Malaysian users, including DuitNow, FPX, interbank transfers, and selected digital wallets. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation.

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. win33 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your gaming account, except under circumstances expressly stated by win33.
• Win33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial service provider may impose their own charges.
• Any attempt to make a deposit using a credit card or any form of borrowing is strictly prohibited.

05 Withdrawal

Win33 members may request a withdrawal to a Malaysian bank account registered in their name at any time. All withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours upon completion of KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification beforehand.
• The recipient bank account must be registered under the same name as the win33 account.
